there's lots to see for those interested in maritime history, or just history. Great exhibits. See Jess Watson's Pink Lady - the yacht this brave young lady sailed around the world on her own.

Thank Elly25

Wow what a place. So much to see and learn about. I love the way it is set out and there is so much to see and do. A great place to learn about our maritime history, afterall we are the largest island in the world and the smallest continent, we should be proud of our maritime history and what we are doing today !!! Go and see it for yourself.

Like the title says: all the nooks, crannies, guns, rooms, levels, decks (and all those other maritime words I don't know). So cool

Nice and open and plenty to see. The warship Diamentina is excellent and makes you think very hard about what sea warfare must have meant. Also the smallest boat to circumnavigate the world makes you think - partly about the attitude of the Australian Customs Service!

We were there for two hours and could have stayed longer.

This is a very interesting part of Queenslands history & is strongly reccommended. Transport to Southbank by rail, bus or ferry is simple & accessible
