Well the place looks the goods but that's where it stops!!!! Should have known it was going to get bad the moment we asked for the wine list and virtually nothing on the list was available. The so-called Manager didn't know what he had available, I had to leave the table and go to the "bar" to look at what they had. Same with the beer.... real poor.

We had purchased a "deal" so really couldn't just get up and leave as I would have if things started "going south so early", especially when we tried to order the supposed signature Seafood dish. The waitress wasn't aware of what was available ([---]????) so went to speak with the "Manager" who didn't realise I could hear him when he said, "not going to do it". So she came back and gave us a line about lobster tails being unavailable. YEAH RIGHT!!! This is Brisbane, not the black stump!

So we ordered other food, which was reasonable but extremely small. How small?? Try small entree size small. We normally have an entree & main when we go out so when you have a "3 course meal", which wasn't what attracted you to the place in the first instance and you go home hungry, NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

Sure the decor is nice, it's brand new but it has a L-O-N-G W-A-Y to go before it can be called a true restaurant. Yes you can see a single cook at an area but 90% of the meals were cooked and prepared behind a wall by non descript "kitchen staff" in street clothes. Come on!!
When you could easily spend upwards of $250 for 2 people at this "place", some uniformity and professionalism is expected and required.

SO NEVER AGAIN..... lesson learnt and to those of you who read this... be warned. Better deal at the Golden Arches

We were fortunate to have booked this restaurant for a private function of about 60 people. It is brand spanking new, very modern and clean and the food was fantastic! We could observe the chefs busily working in the open kitchen, so we could see it was freshly made on the premises and you could really taste the difference. The flavours and presentation was top notch. The service was prompt, friendly and professional. There is also an extensive wine list of local and imported wines served by the glass or bottle.

Ali is the owner and operator of this authentic lebanese restaurant, you can see he takes pride in his new place and it shows!

Looking at their website, they serve breakfast as well, so I will be checking that out in the near future. There is also outdoor seating with great ambient lighting on the night we were there.

Do yourselves a favour and check this place out, you won't be disappointed!
