This place is nicely located in Kangaroo Point near the Story Bridge Hotel. We dropped in for some fish and chips. The menu looked OK so we decided to order some tempura vegetables. Well, that was a mistake. The batter was thick and glugged and the vegetables cut way too thick and had very little resemblance of anything Japanese. The fish came with chips and salad. The fish had been deep fried in thick batter that was way too over cooked and oily. The salad was swamped in mayonnaise and had no resemblance of any salad I had ever seen. On a good note the chips were very good. Service was very strange. Entrees came either side of the main so we ate one plate at a time. Considering that there were very few other customers there at the time service was very slow. Jellyfish Restaurant it isn't.
