Description: ABOUT AQUITAINE BRASSERIE Inspired by L'Aquitaine in South West France, this river side dining experience brings together a journey from the Farm House to the Champs Elysees. The contemporary French menu is based on classic French recipes and is brought to life with fresh local produce and modern cooking techniques. Our Head Chef Sam Lonsdale has created a perfectly balanced menu that will appeal to all discerning diners. The wine list intrigues with the positioning of French and local wines together in a regional styles, categorised by palate characteristics rather than varietals. The cocktail list and spirit selection has a real French influence, while Aquitaine maintains an agreement to see direct importing of French produced Kronenbourg draft beer. Aquitaine sits between Popolo Italian Kitchen and Stokehouse Q at River Quay, South Bank, Brisbane and ads a real touch of French class to this thriving riviera.

Enjoyed sunset drinks and early dinner here last week with friends. Fantastic location on the riverfront and seating arranged thoughtfully to allow diners to enjoy the view. A compact menu, great wine list and impeccable service delivered a memorable meal.

The view is incredable and the service excellent. It may not be fine dining or a cheap eat but the view of the river and city are worth the experience. The food whilst not traditional french is wholesome, well presented and plentiful. Well worth a visit

there on a business meal - great service and meal was fantastic though a bit expensive for the quantity you receive - if you want to impress guests then this is a great place for a few drinks and a meal with a great view of the brisbane river
