Description: Brew Café and Wine Bar is Brisbane’s first lane way café and bar, hidden in the heart of the CBD in lower Burnett Lane, Brew is a must find while you are in the city. By day Brew delivers some of Brisbane’s best coffee, breakfast and Lunch. By night turns into a hip craft beer and cocktail bar that can be compared to Melbourne’s most trendy laneway scene. With only a small lit sign on the outer wall of 7-eleven off Albert St, Brew is kept for only the few in the know. Once you walk down the laneway and past the astro turf you will find yourself delved into the hidden oases that is Brew Café and Wine Bar.

A funky setting in a lane way which I would have missed if not recommended by a friend. Good coffee and people watching!

Brew is a nice place to have an afternoon beer. The staff is friendly and the sandwiches and fries are delicious. They have comfy couches to relax on after a busy day.

Brew is located down the end if the Burnett Laneway... it looks daunting and unwelcoming but take the walk!

Once there, the bar is lively and the staff are cheery. They offer great coffee and a fantastic list of beers and wines and spirits.

A great coffee spot during the day, and watering hole at night.

Took some interstate visitors to this place as our other regular was shut for a private function.
Got the barman to make a cocktail for our wives & he had no idea & after making a fool of himself for ten minutes he proceeded to give us two drinks that could not be drunk so we left them on the table and walked out after paying considerable money for crap.
We should have known straight away not to enter this place as we had to walk past piles of garbage on our way in & the place stunk like a dirty toilet!!!

It feels like entering a cellar, then you notice the tables and further back the comfy armchairs and couches. The decor is that semi industrial look so trendy these days. I have never eaten here, but whenever I'm in the city it's one of my favourite places to stop by and relax a while with a fine ale or cider.
