Description: The Alliance Hotel in Spring Hill is a family run pub owned by Nick Gregorski and Meagan Miller. Built in 1888 the building itself has had many different themes which we preserve with its original look inside and outside. With three level of hotel much of the focus is on our bistro where we deliver gastronomic pub food. The Alliance Hotel’s mission is to provide our customers with a classic old pub experience.

I have been there twice on both occasions the food was first class as was the service. Great looking "classic" pub with a slight modern element. Looking forward to my next visit.

hi there is a great little hotel that has recently reopened, in spring hill, the alliance hotel, friendly staff , plus the publican is actively running the business, the food is first class with a varied menu to suit all , extensive wine list and a great range of boutique and tap beers, the bonus of this little gem is there is no poker machines, tab or any form of gamblng, the hotel is a great place to meet up with friends or work collegues, there is a happy hour on friday nights from 5 pm til 7pm, the hotel and restaurant are very clean including the restrooms,

This stylishly revamped 'local' looks beautiful with its mahogany bars and high ceilings and there's not a chrome chair or a poker machine in sight. The food is great - its the closest we've found to an English gastro pub in Brisbane. Its a formula that's evidently a hit with the locals. The place is always busy especially on Friday nights when the front bar is packed with residents and nearby office workers.

Built in 1888, this lovely old pub sits on the ridge top in one of the oldest parts of Brisbane city. It has been thoughtfully revamped to attract those of us who like an old style pub (lovely timber bar and stools) and great food. The new owners, who took over a few months ago, have done well to offer a terrific bar menu - good variety, fresh produce, good portions sizes and very nicely presented. We thoroughly enjoyed the peking duck spring rolls, nicoise salad and sourdough baguette (made by a local artisan baker). Prices are a little on the higher side but you won't mind paying given what you get. The range of beer available is incredible. There is also a fine looking wine list. The pub has a bistro (which is closed on Sundays). Live music every Sunday. This place has a really nice feel about it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the pub's history (which is very colourful). This will certainly become one of our local haunts.
