Very poor maintenance standards and bedding. Also drove my car without permission. Freezer in room frozen up so door could not be closed, water leaking constantly lights not working very unhappy experience for new year

We arrived in the evening of December 11th and were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. The young gentlemen, I believe his name is Adam, was very good to us ensuring we had everything we needed. Helped us with ensuring we were parked okay in the lot and that we knew where to go to get food for breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Used the swimming pool which was great for a morning swim. Very much enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it for a stay in Brisbane. It is in a great downtown location.

Awesome location in the heart of Brisbane, close to everything, Queen Street Mall is just one block away and Central station a 5-10 minute walk. Valet parking is available but free parking is also available. Staff is friendly, efficient & very helpful. I would definitely recommend getting the buffet breakfast as part of your package. Many different options for food and entertainment around the hotel. Walking distance to QPAC and the Treasury Casino. We will definitely be back. I recommend this hotel for its location and staff to all who want a getaway in the city.

Room Tip: the twin rooms only have singles, be aware if you like to stretch out.
