Stayed for 2 Nights. First room, air conditioning problems. Management moved us . Car parking costs & breakfast was granted for the Air conditioning problem.
Very impressed with the service.
Rooms with balconies , great Brisbane river views. Location A1 for access to riverside restuarants .
Great value for such a great location.
Stay again for sure, whilst staying in Brisbane.

Stunning view of the river and storey bridge. Excellent location in easy walk to ferry, eagle street pier and Howard smith wharves. All necessary facilities with pool, spa, tennis court and gym. Building and rooms are tired but fine for short stay.

For the price we paid & what was included we were very happy.
I had previously had a bad experience with this hotel which really made me not want to come back but they had a groupon offer to good to refuse & I was pleasantly suprised.
Staff were lovely, buffet breakfast was good, parking was included aswell & the view was amazing.
A few negatives, rooms are a little dated, air con very loud but apart from that it was good.
We got everything for just under $150, thanks groupon.

Family booked 3 rooms for Christmas. Asked if we could sit in the tennis court (court set up with lounges and bar furniture) to enjoy the bridge lights coming on. Told 'no' the court was locked and to sit around the pool. We had 11 adults and 2 children so really not suitable. Not enough chairs or room. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Went to restaurant for breakfast before check out-definately not worth the $25.

Hey LRDrysdale,

I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience while at the hotel and we didn't quite hit the mark this stay.

We do close the Tennis Court after sundown for the safety of guests, but we understand your point entirely and apologise.

We are currently reviewing this management so guest can continue to enjoy the recreational areas and stunning views they provide.

We appreciate all of your feedback and will review so we can keep improving our service for many years to come.

Husband and I stayed 2 nights. Definitely not worth the money. The room was dirty and the bathroom was disgustingly mouldy. One of the receptionists seemed annoyed when we had to request additional towels to use at the pool and he came across as disbelieving when we told him the dryer didn’t work. There was barely any cutlery in the room, limited Foxtel channels and the aircon failed to keep the room cool. We wish we had taken photos of the gross situation of the room upon check-in to attach to this review.
Emails sent to reception re the complains (sent via booking.com) went unanswered.

Dear Kylie,

We are so sorry to hear about your experience with us and please know this is not the standard we pride ourselves on. We are sorry that our front office staff came across nonchalantly and this is the furthest from their true intentions.

If you could please contact the hotel directly so we can get a better understanding of where we fell short this time and improve for future stays.

Once again we apologise for the negative experience and we hope to work through this.

Kind regards
