This is the first time I have stayed at the Treasury as I usually stay at the Hilton. The Treasury is full of old world charm. We stayed in a twin room and I thought that the size of the room was larger than the norm. The bathroom was a great size for friends getting ready for a night out on the town. Check in was a breeze and they called when the room was ready as we needed to drop our bags off earlier than check in time. Staff were friendly and helpful. They held our bags until I was ready to collect them after checking out and the biggest surprise was receiving a complimentary parking voucher for the Myer Centre.

We had booked a two night stay that included an upgrade to a deluxe room and valet parking. We were in our room within five minutes of pulling up at the Hotel's entrance. The porter who took our luggage on arrival and the reception staff were efficient and informative, while being friendly and helpful. The porter who met us on arrival stayed with our luggage and took us to our room after we booked in. A great customer focussed touch.
We were on the 4th floor in the south east corner and found the room comfortable and very well furnished. The bathroom was large and had a magnificent bath with a separate shower. The offer of a turn down in the evening with chocolates added to the occasion.
The one thing I particularly noted was that all of the staff we met were friendly and genuinely interested in making our stay a happy one.
During our stay we needed to use our car and the car was waiting at the entrance in the couple of minutes it took me to make the telephone request and use the elevator.
The pick up of our bags and delivery of our car on check out was just as fast. Very impressive.
All in all, the Hotel staff provided us with first class service.

This was my second stay at the Treasury Hotel and will likely be my last. Room was very quiet which was great for sleep quality however the room itself felt a bit like a haunted house. There were a few insects crawling on top of my bed. Room service was terrible however breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nice. Lift was broken so I had to carry luggage down from second floor.

The initial booking system over the phone felt rushed and unclear which left me concerned that the three rooms we wanted to book would not be as requested. A subsequent phone call on the week of the stay confirmed all which lead to a trouble free check in. The hotel was surprising quiet for a weekend which was nearly fully booked. Lovely rooms and very comfy beds. Breakfast was very tasty and reasonable and again the restaurant surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay again!

We only had one night in this lovely, elegant hotel. It is a very gentle hotel between two very busy Brisbane streets. The room are very large and very classily decorated and the beds very comfortable especially when you have spent 21 hrs traveling and you are 8 hours out of your time zone!We only had a snack in the bar as we arrived quite late in the evening and then breakfast in the morning which had a very good selection and a restful ambiance you where could watch everyone rushing off to work from very peaceful viewing point. The view from our room was very interesting with a mixture of very old architecture and more modern buildings but as it was rather a miserable day you could not see too far. A really nice place to stay if you have to go to Brisbane.

An excellent stay, staff attentive and interested in your visit. The rooms are large excellent if you have large bags. They are spotlessly clean and the beds with plenty of pillows were very comfortable. There is room to move and the provided table is large enough to eat dinner for two on without resorting to sitting on the bed. The bath room is a highlight, shower large, bath enormous with an old fashioned hand shower. Again room for two people to move around, in fixtures excellent. It was also great to see little extras that seem to have disappeared from most top rating hotels. Toothbrush set, vanity set and plenty of towels including face washers. Most 5 stars only keep towels and hand towels these days. Last, room service was a dream food good service excellent. The stable trays a wonderful touch.

Room Tip: Ask for a room fronting the river on a the top floor there are not many but you might get luck.

Suite was beautiful very different to kind we normally stay in (normally go for newer modern type) it was so classy and beautiful i didnt want to leave our room! We walked to roma train station and even in lightish rain only took 5-10 min on our way home of course we had to try our luck and went to casino just short walk across from where we were staying. All staff were very nice and friendly will def stay there again loved it
