“A good choice - right in the heart of Brisbane”

Very friendly staff, immediately noticeable upon checkin. Had arrived very early am from an overnight flight - was asked to wait while my room was prepared ( I waited a little over an hour at 7 am) and was offered coffee while I waited.

Room was comfy - nothing overly fancy but it did the job. Location in heart if CBD can't be beat - many of my apptments were less than a 5 minute walk away.

Breakfast buffet is a good choice if you're hungry.

Only complaint I have and not just with this hotel is that they charge for in room wifi - just give it to your clients already ....

On a stop over and family visit stayed at Hilton. The customer service was fantastic even though was a 1 am check in. A nice wine and then off to bed with the usual selection of comfy pillows. Only downside parking was only valet !

I must point out that there are multiple parking offers available in Brisbane CBD; but that indeed parking at the hotel is valet only. Staff across all areas could not have been more helpful. However I did find my room a little noisy at night (from a nearby venue) even on the 19th floor. The business centre had the PC out of action and a printer out of paper when I desperately needed it but staff bent over backwards to help me out. The hotel is in a great central location. The set up with lobby on the 6th floor is a bit odd but they make it work. For me, it is probably a little too pricey to stay at for a family holiday but perfect for business (especially considering I was attending a conference at the same location).

We loved the room the view the staff the location and the price. Thankyou for restoring our faith in hotel industry. We arrived from coolum palmers resort which was the absolute opposite of our hilton experience. Well be back Hilton Brisbane.

Another good Hilton - well located. Right in the middle of the city - so easy walks - to shops, ferry, river, etc. Nice spot for breakfast - and great just to relax in during your stay.

Strange entry - but you get use to it. Sort of in the City - but once inside it is as if you are not.

Lovely foyer area. Close to trains and transport. Short cab to airport.

Worth a thought if staying in Brisbane.

Room Tip: Look for specials on the net. Corner room - or ask for the larger ones.

Don't stay at the Hilton if you plan on taking a shower in the morning. The quality of the shower rose and water pressure is poor. The rest of my experience was excellent but overshadowed by such a basic requirement. When I stay at The Hilton I expect more than a trickle of water.

We have since been able to make repairs to a faulty valve affecting the shower of this room and I regret sincerely that this isolated incident has left you dissatisfied on this occasion. The answer is very easy to this, no. The porter who met us as we arrived was awesome, forgot his name, however he was a kiwi. He was very friendly and chatty. Asking us how everything was and pointing us in the right direction. Unfortunately that is where the service stopped.

The reception girl who checked us in was very rude and abrupt. She told us we were upgraded to an executive king room, however on asking here again it became a delux king room. Funny as we had actually booked a deluxe king room, so how can you get upgraded to this? Our room wasn't ready, which was fine, so we went for a walk and breakfast and when we came back we were handed an envelope with the keys in it. Don't they give you a card with the keys in it now, or just a cheap envelope??

We then had to wait over 2 hours to get our bags........we told the porter there was still rubbish in our bins from the last guests, so housekeeping not up to scratch for a five star hotel.

Upon check out they charged us for wifi usage, we didn't use it and even if we did should devices ask for passwords when you log on???? We told the girl at reception, who happened to be the same one who checked us in, who grunted and reprinted the bill. No smile or how was your stay.

Then we got the same porter, he wished us a safe trip and waved us goodbye. We even had a chat about where we are from and where he was from.
