Stayed here from Oct 5 to the 17th
The first stand out for this hotel is the location which is great - elevator access straight onto Queen St Mall. Great if you have plans or need access to the city.
The second for this hotel is the lounge staff in the Exec Lounge. Mark and his team really were excellent, very friendly and approachable, nothing seemed to be a problem.
Third would be the check-in and concierge staff. Always smiling and very very helpful and very conversational.
Fourth and best was the room. Stayed in 2117 and loved it. Large room, comfortable bed and very clean room.
Would definitely here again!


Would highly recommend this hotel if you need somewhere in the city, or somewhere close to different transport options if you are exploring the city.

Room Tip: Pay the upgrade to executive room, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel, although in the upper price bracket, offers a quality product in what is probably the most central location in Brisbane. The staff throuhout the hotel were excellent with nothing being too much trouble. My only gripe is that the room service meals were only average, paticularly at the price charged

We stayed for 4 days at the Hotel after a wedding in Warwick for a wind down. We found the staff very helpful and answered all our queries professionally. We stayed on one of the executive floors and went to the lounge every day and found the staff friendly and helpful, we had breakfast every morning and it filled us up for the day. The rooms are very clean and had everything we needed. We stay at the Hotel at least twice a year and are very happy with the service. It is so central that you can go to the mall easily and walk to the Casino. Will be back next year.

Excellent accommodation for a business trip. Great room, clean with a good menu selection for room service. Great to have fast wireless internet too (have had very patchy wireless service at other hotels). Helpful staff and very easy/fast hotel processes.

From the moment we arrived till we left three days later the staff were wonderful. Granted i am a Gold Hilton Honours member, but the Concierge did not know that when we pulled up in our rental and asked them to park it some where handy as we had to return it next day. No problems, we can deliver it back for you. What a great service.The ladies in the Executive lounge went out of their way to check things for us and engage in conversation when they were able, as it did get very busy. The rooms were wonderfully clean and we were welcomed with an extra special gift. Thank you Hilton for a wonderful three days. I am a Customer Service specialist and this would be the first time I have been to a hotel and not found one little thing wrong.
