I stayed for three nights on a business trip and it ticked all the boxes: comfortable, clean, decent facilities (iPod, cable TV, small gym) and free wifi access. I had one of the few rooms without a balcony but that really didn't bother me as I was working.
The room was large and had a mini-kitchen and washing machine as well as the shower en suite. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, including around the lovely South Bank area, I didn't use the kitchen but it was pretty well equipped. (There is no on site restaurant but you can get takeaway food delivered.) The hotel has a small outside area with small pool but, again, the South Bank has a man-made beach area which would be a better option.
I loved Brisbane and the Sudima Suites proved a great choice of accommodation.
