This is an amazing new all suites property in Brisbane - loved it /top location for value ! Everything , Nice freindly staff Big rooms, cozy bed, great shower - compact but functional, fantastic cafes/restaurants near by on Stanley St - Morrison , Great Steaks & woodfired pizzas . No F&B on site, grabbed a conti b/f on check-in but who cares with usual big$ prices . Best of all ( drum roll ) FREE Hi-speed Fibre optics Wi-fi all over the place- room , pool, skydeck & lobby.... I have requested HR to put me up here everytime I visit BNE.

Room Tip: facing the Gabba with balconies

Stayed for a weekend last month and was really happy with my suite. It had good quality modern appliances for my cooking needs and a big flat screen tele with a free movie channel unlike other places. The decor is clean contemporary and timeless, no garish colours to overwhelm you and has a light airy timeless feel. We were really surprised at the size of our suite. Had a wonderful stay and would highly reccomend it to anyone visiting brisbane.

Room Tip: Lots of eateries in the area just ask the reception staff for advise

If you are looking for a hotel close to the hospitals in the area with self cooking facilities this is the place for you.

It is a basic hotel but clean with decent facilities.

Be careful of checkin time as checkin isn't staffed 24 hours a day.

There is not in-location restaurant or "room service" option in a traditional sense but they provide a menu book with places that will deliver to your hotel.

Apartments are large with Full Kitchen and great 40" TV. Choice of 3 desks to work from. You need to bring your drinks and food thou as no mini bar. Bathroom and Shower are great with innovative rotating shower head!. Balcony is good too . No restaurant but lots closeby, especially Morrisons Hotel that does a great steak. Southbank is walking distance too, but Water St is a steep climb for 150m. I'd stay again.

Room Tip: They'd all be similar

Stayed at the Sudima every week over a six month period. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and are fully air conditioned. The large balcony was a pleasant surprise. Staff were always friendly and helpful and to be welcomed with a smile each visit made it feel like a home away from home. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and its close to rail and bus services. Overall the Sudima was great value for money and I would definitely stay again whenever in Brisbane. Thanks again to the staff for making my stays enjoyable.
