I had heard wonderful things about this little place but in reality, the experience was just okay, nothing worth noting or bragging about.
The hot chocolate drink was lukewarm and not hot and the trio mouse was grainy, especially the white chocolate. Looked great though, but not worth the trip to South Bank.

This was a great experience and I will definitely do it again! The only downside was that with the popularity of the restaurant, there was a 45 minute wait to order. Standing in a sue for that long was annoying but worth it! If you plan to come here don't come at peak time! Go during the day.

We were invited here by a college-age friend from Brisbane. It was about 2 in the afternoon and the line from the service counter was out the door. I can see why. All kinds of chocolate drinks and eats. Very good and fun.

Portside store - we had to clear our table as there were no staff to clear it for us. The wait was 45 min on a Sunday afternoon, which was difficult with a 5yr old, 3 yr old and a 6 mth old. Food was ok but not everything is available compared to the website. Disappointing.

I discovered this cafe this morning. Drawn in by the lure of chocolate. There was a small line up but that was okay. We ordered the Italian Dark Chocolate, a soy milk Mocca and a waffle thing drizzled in melted chocolate. It was absolutely delicious, very rich but devine. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Shame the service was terrible. We arrived at 1035 with an eye on the time because we were going to the movies. At 1100 our order finally arrived. They weren't packed and I would have thought it was a fairly simple order. As another reviewer has posted, it is very expensive so I feel service should be improved to warrant the price. There seemed to be a lot of staff around. We'll give it another go because I don't believe in judging on one visit. If you love chocolate it is definitely worth a visit.
