Dining at Sake is more of an experience than a meal out. Every detail of your dining experience has been well though out here. The table setting and decore are beautiful, the food is delecious and immaculately presented and the staff were attentive, helpful and professional. The atmosphere is great, sophisticated and fun.
The meals are reasonably expensive but I feel that the level of service you get and experience you will have at Sake justifys this for a special occasion.

My partner & I were celebrating something special & went to Sake as we'd heard great things! Sake did not disappoint. Venue, atmosphere, service & food were excellent. The advice from the waiter on what to order, how many dishes to order & his knowledge of each dish was a great help, & the quality of both taste & presentation of the food was perfect. Hands down best Japanese restaurant I've been to! With a great wine list to complement the menu, when visiting Brisbane again we will be back!

We were in a group of ten, to celebrate a birthday and had booked a room separate from the main part of the restaurant. It suited our needs perfectly. The cherry blossom wallpaper was obviously in theme and a pleasant surprise was the display of orchids in a vase. We all had the chef's selection set dinner. All courses were delicious. We had a few mishaps on the night which tainted our experience. Three diners had fish bones in the salmon and as no one expected this no one was looking for them. Once this happened and we asked to see the manager, the staff got very nervous and later miso soup was spilled on one of the diners and his jacket. The manager arranged for the chef to apologise to us and we felt he must have found this very difficult to do. The manager brought in two bottles of Sparkling fruit wine to make amends and later we were offered a small discount on the meal.
Overall, I do like this place and the food, though it is pricey. It has a great ambience, staff are helpful and pleasant and it was a shame that all didn't go smoothly. I love the outdoor space garden.
