Rouj Modern Lebanese at Rosalie is not your usual late night kebab joint. This is Lebanese fine dining with all the dishes that we tried being of a high standard, and very fresh and beautifully presented. Sodith, the owner and head chef works hard to treat her guests to a very authentic and delicious dining experience. The menu offers a selection of the familiar mezzas- Hommos, Baba Ganouj, Kebbi- all are very fresh and tasty. The Spinach rolls are light and lemony and a good way to start. The Cheese fingers are also recommended. We ordered the Slow Cooked lamb and the Barramundi Main dishes- between 2 of us. Both were sensational. The lamb is rich and aromatic with complex clove and spice flavours, and the fish was perfectly cooked and was served on a bed of rice generously dotted with caramelized onion, pistachio and pomegranate.
