We stayed five nights at the beginning of July. The apartment was very new, of a good size, clean & tidy, and well equipped. Two gripes however. We were above and slightly to one side of the opening garage door - and the door opened regularly throughout the nght every night we were there - waking me up every time. Also, the apartments are in two towers, with a common basement. Our car park was in the north tower - right beside the lift, while our apartment was in the south tower. The map that we were given on arrival showed us how to get to our apartment using the lift behind our car - but it was impossible to get there using that lift - instead we had to walk a ramp in the car park and cross to the other tower. Turned out that there was this anomaly for several apartments in the building. I can under stand why this would need proper legal resolution in terms of correct title being allocated to each, I simply don't understand why they didn't just shuffle car parks to suit the layout in the meantime - or at least give accurate directions of how to get between apartment and car park. Incidentally, the car park itself was the smallest car park we've ever seen in a building and extremely difficult to access - wedged between two very large and serious looking pillars - impossible to open back doors of car when parked!
Good, easy stroll to the river ferries and a few restaurants. The nearby Asian Spice restaurant at Kangaroo Point was really good.
