“Quick bus ride to spectacular views”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2013

We got ourselves a bus ticket and it cost us around $6 each return. The views are spectacular and a great way to see the city and the skyline. There is a cafe up there and some walks which take you back down the hill. W went down one to get back on the bus at the botanic gardens, if you do this one be careful as it doesn't join back up and you have to walk on the main road a little. View was amazing though...well worth the time.

“Best Views of Brisbane”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 8, 2013

Views from the top of Mt Coot-tha are spectacular day and night. The city stretches out forever in front of you and you can easily pick out land marks. The cafe/gift shop is reasonably priced and the restaurant is five star with five star prices.

“Breathtaking view”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

We drove up using GPS, which is easily reachable from the city. I was there 16 yrs ago during honeymoon but we were there during night and had our dinner there. This time, we went in the day time...Hence, we were lucky to have experienced the view both day and night.

“A must-see in Brisbane”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

A wonderful view of the whole city of Brisbane and beyond. Plenty of parking, and just the drive up the mountain itself is delightful. Facilities at the lookout are excellent.

“Superb View”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 3, 2013

I did not expect to be able to see almost the whole of Brisbane. I thought it was just another high point. Thus the word "Look-Out" is defintiely the right one to use. I could see the Brisbane River flowing through the city, the CBD, the University of Queensland, etc. Defintely worth the trip up the winding road.
