A little Thai Cafe near Casuarina Square. It is dine in or takeaway. It is also BYO. Great Thai food. I particularly like the Beef Masaman, the Lamb Korma and the Crying Tiger.

This restaurant is located across the road from the main suburbian shopping centre of Casuarina Square. I went here after shopping to pick up some takeaway as the location was convenient. The menu was large and there were all the usual Thai meals on order plus some other more 'exotic' sounding fare such as the Crying Tiger (mentioned by other posters). The order was very fast coming out and despite the 10 minute ride home was still hot. If you order more than $55 you get a free bag of prawn chips and bottle of soft drink.

We also had chicken penang which had the softest chicken in it.

There are tables to sit at inside with basic settings, certainly not for a romantic dinner but the lighting was dim and it would be good for a good value eat out dinner for a family.

A colleague and I opted for a meal at Thai Thai as another Thai restaurant was closed for Monday night. While it didn't bother us too much, being BYO in this instance meant that we had to go over the road to buy drinks first. The menu looked like a standard Thai list of dishes, and while there was nothing wrong with the food we ordered (Crying Tiger and Spicy Seafood) there was nothing special about it either. The meals were what I'd consider average price. Service was friendly and the ambiance was pleasant enough--good for a pleasant chat. Maybe it was just the meals we chose, but I felt there was something lacking in the presentation and flavour. I expected the Crying Tiger to be full of flavour/spice, but I was a bit diappointed. The seafood dish we ordered was better, but still could have been presented better (wrapped in foil when dished up). All in all, not an unpleasant experience but nothing to die (Thai) for!
