Nice place to have coffee, eat and chill out after a long day exploring the city. Staff were helpful and service was friendly.

We chose to breakfast here as it was an easy walk from our motel where breakfast was twice the price. Options were limited but acceptable and the food came quickly and was hot.

We headed to Salvatores as we had seen it advertised in a tourist brochure with a buy one get one free main. When we got there they wouldn't let us order pasta with the voucher, it was only for technically mains -- which were all meat, and we're vegetarian. Very odd as the pasta cost the same or more... We decided to leave, surprised they'd let paying customers leave on a quiet night...

We went back for lunch later in week. I had a melt which was a bit disappointing. My partner's pasta was yummy and a good sized serve. If prices were a bit cheaper, I'd probably have eaten there daily as there's a good range.

We literally stumbled upon Salvatores while walking around Darwin and trying to figure out what we wanted to eat for lunch. The quaint eatery proved to be a delight. The initial impression was a good one, primarily because of the friendly waitress behind the counter. Then when we received our food, and we were even more pleased. My daughter got the lamb yiro, which she raved about; my son got the Zafferano pasta, which we all found irresistible; and my husband got the chicken Caesar salad. Not one complaint in the bunch. It was a nice little surprise that we all enjoyed.
