Everything you expected- Pick up from hotel was on time -greeted by our driver/guide for the day Tony. Tony was welcoming and also very informative explained what was installed for us in the day.everything was catered for toilet stops/food stops/drink stops all in a timely way.One of our first stops was the jumping crocs in the Adelaide river with over 10,000 crocs in it.One our way there Tony outlined what we were about to experience and explained we were about to meet a very knowledgeable person that does the croc tour by the name of Pat.The experience just in the briefing alone made your hairs on the back of your neck stand up without even seeing a croc,The experience just got better and better Pat is a man of the land, respects and loves what he does and if very passionate about the crocodiles, you will change your mind about these animals one Pat has done his thing -very very experienced and knowledgeable great highlight. From there its a long road trip to the terminate mounds and in the national park itself then Wangi Falls -magic so peaceful well worth a swim must do Lunch was put on by Tony perfect picnic setting Next stop Florence Falls another waterfall and swimming spot again very peaceful and worth doing for sure we swam upto the main fall and got sprayed from it -just amazing .There are stops along the way all different in there own way Sunset and another feed so seafood again Tony nailed it Very relaxed Very enjoyable and Very recommended Pat is a legend and you will see why Must do and must do with Wallaroo

This one day trip from Darwin is fantastic. Small group makes for a great relaxing and fun day. Croc cruise is so informative, you will learn a lot about the crocs and their habitat from Pat.
Brad our tour guide was extremely friendly, welcoming and ensured we had plenty of time to take in the great scenery and enjoy a leisurely swim in the water holes , He was also very engaging and interesting in sharing his local knowledge. Lunch is fresh and plentiful and nice opportunity to chat with fellow travelers and the locals,
Ending the day watching the sunset with prawns and bubbly is perfect.
Highly recommend this day out when in Darwin.

Firstly I liked to thank our hotel concierge for getting us on this trip on very short notice. We got picked up at 7am from our hotel and the whole trip lasted about 13 hours. The highlight of the trip was the crocodile cruise down the Adelaide river where "barefoot" Pat the croc guide seeked and lured crocs right up to the boat and managed to take some spectacular photos and film clips. His knowledge of crocs was exceptional, that made the cruise even more enjoyable. Also the 2 waterfalls we great, and very timely as we couldn't wait to get in the pools to cool off and have a bit of a swim. There were plenty of stops to stretch the legs during the trip and lots to see on the way from the termite mounds to the odd wallaby ,we even managed to see a burn off on the side of the road as we drove past. Lunch was pretty basic but no complaints. But the most enjoyable part of the whole trip was our tour guide/bus driver. I think his name was Brad, he looked like a scruffy Steve Irwin he was very funny and witty had us in stitches and obviously knew his stuff which made the trip go a lot quicker than it did. The trip finished watching the sun set with a feed of prawns and washed down with sparkling wine and a last chanced to chat and mingle with the our people from the trip.

Boatcruise to see the crocodiles : AMAZING! Everyone needs to do it once in a lifetime. Swimming in waterholes : not really crowded and beautiful, I didn't even feel like in a tour. It's definitely worth it !! And watching sunset with drinking sparkling wine and eating prawns..!!!!
I recommend it.

Pat wears no shows .. has a gun and a knife and is passionate about crocs. He dispels myths about crocs and provides so much interesting information. Pat is all about giving you a great experience whilst having total respect for the crocs. They know him and he knew them. He didn’t torment the crocs or get between them. I cannot recommend this tour enough!

We chose to travel on a small group tour for a more personal experience . Our guide was well informed and easy going. First up was the Jumping Crocodile tour which we discovered was quite unique as a local expert and iconic character conducted the tour with detailed knowledge and expertise. Fabulous photo opportunities and information. The waterfalls we visited were pretty and being a warm day, we enjoyed a swim in the shade . Simple but tasty picnic lunch . Other spots visited were interesting and the commentary was great. A really good day out.

A sensational day tour!!! Our tour guide Brad was fun and informative throughout the day. Our jumping croc boat cruise was a great experience... being so close to these powerful creatures was amazing!! Heading into Litchfield National Park we visited two swimming holes, Wangi Falls and Florence Falls. Being able to swim at both was so refreshing on a hot day. Brad provided a fantastic lunch and at the end of the tour we headed back to Darwin to watch the sunset at East Point enjoying sparkling wine and prawns... simply perfect! Thanks so much for a terrific tour, Kim and Tony Williams - Gold Coast, QLD

Hi Kim & Tony,

Thank you for your excellent review on our Wallaroo Litchfield Day trip, Brad is a wonderful guide who loves his job. Pat the Croc man loves to show his Crocs off to our visitors. There is nothing better than swimming in Wangi & Florence Falls on a hot day. Please you enjoyed the sunset, champage, prawns & lunch.
