Owner description: Crocosaurus Cove allows visitors a unique, up close and personal view of massive saltwater crocodiles, crocodile hatchlings, juveniles as well as being home to the World’s largest display of Australian reptiles and the famous Cage of Death. The Cage of Death is the only cage in the world that brings you face to face with some of the largest Saltwater Crocodiles in captivity. Remember to bring your bathers and ‘Swim with the Crocs’ in our unique swimming area that allows you to get up close to our very active juveniles. Don’t miss the chance to feed these hungry juveniles as part of our latest attraction, "fishing for crocs" ...this is a photo opportunity not to be missed. Meet the reptiles and learn more about the Top End’s unique and favourite critters such as Western Bearded Dragons and Olive Pythons. Check out the barramundi in our 200,000 litre freshwater aquarium and don’t forget our gorgeous top end turtle enclosure. All this and a daily program of fun & interactive reptile activities await you at Crocosaurus Cove, in the heart of Darwin City.

“Absolutely amazing!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 12, 2013

Really friendly people, great environment, paid for the VIP tour which was absolutely worth it. Got to hold many of the reptiles, including a baby crocodile, and got to feed the crocs too which was lots of fun! Definitely recommend this!!!! On top of it all, we learned a tonne too!

“Very Interesting and Informative”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 8, 2013

We set out for Crocosaurus Cove, thinking it was a "kitschy" tourist place. We were pleasantly surprised at how interesting it turned out to be! The big crocodiles were amazing -- I will never forget the sound that their jaws make when they chomp down on their food! We also learned a lot about the Australian fish and reptiles.

You will be a crocodile expert and see the amazing creatures up close. Also a great view of fish and reptiles. Need to plan on 3-4 hours to appreciate it all.

Attended a cocktail party in this fairly unlikely venue. The display is great-the crocs and other exhibits highly visible, the shop interesting and food served was delicious.
