Owner description: Crocosaurus Cove allows visitors a unique, up close and personal view of massive saltwater crocodiles, crocodile hatchlings, juveniles as well as being home to the World’s largest display of Australian reptiles and the famous Cage of Death. The Cage of Death is the only cage in the world that brings you face to face with some of the largest Saltwater Crocodiles in captivity. Remember to bring your bathers and ‘Swim with the Crocs’ in our unique swimming area that allows you to get up close to our very active juveniles. Don’t miss the chance to feed these hungry juveniles as part of our latest attraction, "fishing for crocs" ...this is a photo opportunity not to be missed. Meet the reptiles and learn more about the Top End’s unique and favourite critters such as Western Bearded Dragons and Olive Pythons. Check out the barramundi in our 200,000 litre freshwater aquarium and don’t forget our gorgeous top end turtle enclosure. All this and a daily program of fun & interactive reptile activities await you at Crocosaurus Cove, in the heart of Darwin City.

An interesting collection of crocs, fish and reptile species. Lots of information about these, and quite interactive, but the feeding of the crocs was disappointing. The gift shop was also very expensive.

It sounds a bit kitsch but was worthwhile - you can see the life cycle of crocs - hold a baby and feed the teenagers. They also have a reptile house where you can see frilled necked lizards etc. And they have some spitting fish which is pretty cool

Had a great time! Got photos done by a professional. 87 photos on a disc to do what we liked with plus a sheet of Croc Cove pics for $100. Can't get better than that! Saw some amazing things. Definitely don't miss this while in Darwin!

Amazing to have a place like this right in the middle of the city. The crocs on display were great. The reptile house was very good. Never seen reptiles so active before. Husband and I went in "the cage of death". Was a great experience to be so close to a huge croc even though he just sort of floated around ignoring us. Enjoyed the whole thing very much.

What a great place....Before going to Crocosaurus Cove I have to admit I didnt know what to expect from having such a place right in the city of Darwin. Wow was I impressed, for the space they have it has been set up well. The enclosures for all the animals they have here are great and obviously well kept & clean. The staff were friendly as and ever so eager and willing to answer any question in regards to the Croc's or any of the other repiles/fish they have here. Kiwi & Luke were great with their knowledge and enthusasism for their work..Also the keeper that did the repile presentation & feeding (sorry cant remember your name-lady that has a reminder from the monitor!!!!!LOL)with her knowledge of the repiles housed here....
The cage of death is a must when visiting Crocosaurus Cove!!!!! As a belated birthday gift it was very cool just to be so close to such a awesome animal.....Definately a must when in Darwin!!!!!
