We stayed there for two nights. Room/bath was clean and suitable. In my opinion completely ok. We liked very much the BBQ facilities. You can buy different kind of meat and put it on the grill. "make your own dinner" - unfortunately this "selfservice" did not make a lower meatprice. But the experience and atmosphere was great. Within the resort you can use a free shuttle-bus. Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park are not far away. Ticketprice is AUD 25 for each person and is valid for three days. Only 25% of the earnings will receive the traditional owners, the Anangu. Luxury in the middle of a desert needs money. Best was that I paid for one liter petrol AUD 2,21. Otherwise, what to do without any alternatives? But the breathtaking beauty of Uluru and Kata Tjuta is absolutely worth seeing and experiencing it. A great, sacred and spiritual place to be. Would visit it again for the third time. And would stay at Outback Pioneer again.
