Very helpful staff - at times I did have some issues in my room (toilet running when I arrived, light bulb in a lamp blew while I was there etc) and the staff always made sure the issue was attended to straight away. I stayed for two whole months and did not hate it by the end, so that is saying something! The little balcony was very pleasant to sit on in the evenings, my shower had a good level of water pressure and did not go cold, and my bed was extremely comfy. Very hand to have own fridge and cooking facilities, although I did buy some extra kitchen stuff for my stay. Perhaps only trouble was my plug was a little too small for the kitchen sink, and the water did not run hot enough to wash dishes well so I had to boil the kettle, but otherwise an excellent stay. Not super close to town but only 5 minutes by car or a little longer by bicycle. Todd River right outside the resort was really nice to walk along.

Room Tip: I'm pretty sure all the villas are great and no one had any noise problems. Just be mindful of t...

On arrival the reservations clerk was very pleasant and helpful. We were 2 couples and the accommodation was side by side separate units. Location of units was in the centre of the complex. Very quiet and relaxing. We did not need for our unit to be serviced and went to the office daily for coffee supplys as needed. Beautiful layout. Lovely swimming pool. Altho we did not use it, the laundry was handy and clean. Ideally located ,a few minutes drive to CBD or about 20 minutes walk

Room Tip: Watch the hump at the gate on entering and leaving, especially with a low car. No restaurant or fitn...

A great place to stay but if you are walking quite a hike into Alice. Good restaurants are close, particularly the Juicy Rump at Lassiters. The shop is very basic, only breakfast foods. To buy grog there is expensive. Very clean but basic.

Have stayed here on 2 occasions and both experiences were very good. Rooms are a bit dated but everything works - beds are comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. Pool is well maintained and great for kids and adults

Room Tip: Rooms close to pool are good

A few minutes walk from Alice Springs City Centre. Cabins have a secluded veranda, basic cooking facilities, TV, fridge, WiFi. Small shop, pool, tourist information and secure compound at night. Quiet.

When driving down the street you can't miss it, palms everywhere.
Reception was easy and the girls were very helpful and friendly. They have security gates which are open during they day but after 8:00pm you need the code to get in. They also have free wifi which is nice considering most places charge for it.
They do have some groceries for sale but my advice would be go into Coles/Woolies in town, a loaf of frozen bread cost me $5.00.
Needed to do a load of washing. Machine was a reasonable $4.00 a load and they have a 1 load detergent sachet for $1.80. They do have dryers but the large clothes line with pegs did fine and NT weather dries clothes very quickly. The laundry is positioned in the centre of the park and very handy.
The pool is directly opposite reception.
We were given villa 119 and all have a parking bay directly in front. The front of the villa has a verandah with table/chairs with an extra large sliding double door leading inside.
As soon as we opened the door there was a very offensive odour and I think the problem is dirty drains. I went down to ask if they would look at it but I don't think anything was done because the smell was still there when we returned. Disappointed with the service.
The room itself is pretty good. The wooden peaked ceiling with 6 very bright spot lights lit up the room. There is small kitchen with electric hot plate, microwave, stove, range hood, sink and basic cooking utensils and pots. There is a small table and chair. The room has a double bed as well as a single. Also AC and a wall mounted Tv with free to air channels only. There is a good size wardrobe.
The sliding door into the bathroom is very stiff and you need 2hands and a bit of force to open it. It is as wide as the villa and very narrow. Toilet one end, basin middle of wall and shower at end. It is very clean and they have nice plush towels. They only supply 1small soap for the hand basin and wall dispensers in the shower.
Overall not a bad place to stay except for the bad smell.

Room Tip: Doesn't matter which villa you are in it is on a quiet road. Hopefully the other villas don'...
