To understand Alice Springs... this is where it all started. Get a feel for the early pioneers and understand what it meant to run a remote place like this.

Was interesting to see how it all worked. Was pleasing to see the presentation on the Stolen Generation children who lived there as well.

Really enjoyed my visit here. The walk to the hill and amazing views. Kangaroos in their natural setting. Lots of information about the Telegraph Station and it's important place in Australia's communication with the world.

We really enjoyed reading the history of the telegraph station, what an enormous venture to connect Alice to Darwin and Adelaide and the history of the buildings and what happened in them.
