Stayed here recently for work and was very impressed by how much work has been done to the motel.
Everything is brand new with no expense spared. The rooms are new, clean and quiet.
The new owners take great pride in maintaining the gardens and grounds around the motel.
There is Free Wi-Fi onsite and a short drive to Lake Albert.
I found the owners to be very polite and willing to have a chat.

Room Tip: The nearby pub "Kooringal Hotel" does some really good meals, also adjacent is a McDonnald...

Very very impressed ! I have to travel around NSW with work and this is the best Motel I have stayed in (and a long way off from being the most expensive !). The room I stayed in had obviously been recently renovated and it had been done to a high standard and the standard of cleanliness was exceptional. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the Wagga area.

I must say we were was so impressed by the outstanding frendliness of the New owners Wayne and Helen, they made our stay a very welcoming one! The one thing that definetely stood out to us the most was the standard of cleanliness of our room as apposed to the other time that we stayed here, The motel has such a relaxing feel about it, situated in beautiful gardens with a nice swimming pool/ bbq areas! { & right near Lake Albert and the Golf Club} A great place for a family with kids to stay as well. Highly Recommended!

How beautiful & clean was this motel with the NEW owners Wayne & Helen doing a great job.
A nice surprise after the last time we stayed, (months ago,old owners) & it was mouldy showers & generally unclean. Keep up the great work ! Nice & inexpensive stop over.

Room Tip: All rooms are good, plenty of room to move. Different bedding configeration in all.

I stayed in a family room with my husband and 2 children for one night while on a road trip. The room was large enough, the kitchen equiped with everything I needed. The room was very clean.

It is a motel so there are no luxuries, but we knew that and were not disappointed. It is not somewhere I would base myself if staying for more then a couple of nights.

About a five minute drive to the CBD. The pool was nice and the gardens are lovely.

I stayed at this property a few months back and i have to admit there were a few things that needed more attention to detail ie;cleaning. I stayed here again over the October Long weekend and the standard of my room and the cleanliness of it has improved 200%. The motel was taken over by new managers a week ago which i met and they are lovely. In my room i even got little bottles of nice shampoo and conditioner. I will definelty be booking here again in the future i was very impressed this time around and would reccommend it

I thought that when you book into a low budget motel you compromise on furnishings and the little extras like shampoo and soap, but with this motel you compromise on cleanliness as well. The sink area including under it was filthy. You should have seen the disgusting sink plug and the electric jug. The little black curley hairs found in the bathroom were an eye opener. Had to run down to the shops and buy some disinfectant. Even the woman in the room a couple of doors up told me she had to rinse her cups before making a cup of tea. She indicated that her room was unclean as well. took some 'lovely' happy snaps to remind me never to stay there again.

Room Tip: don't stay there
