“Tea smoked duck - yum!”
Reviewed August 2, 2013 via mobile

We dropped in unannounced for a late dinner - 10pm - and were quickly seated and served within 15mins. Tea smoked duck in pancakes, and combination fried noodles, washed down with tea and Tsing Tao beer. Really very good!

“Oh to be in China - Yum Yum”
Reviewed June 9, 2013

Well your not but this restaurant serves the BEST Chinese food we've ever tasted. The staff seems very confused about seating people even if you have a reservation always claiming they have no room when many of the tables are empty, And the wait staff is for the most part young and inexperienced. But despite all this go and enjoy the food. It's really delicious.

“Very bad service”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

We went to this restuarant last night and had booked a table for 7.30, well first of all we got ignored at the entrance and was then told they had no table for us, even though our name was in the book, so we waited for over 30 mins then finally got taken to a table... And that was it NO menu, NO one at all to even grab to get a drink or anything they just kept ignoring us or just waving there hands at us and smiling nodding, so I got up to order our drinks and get some menus, we had to literally grab someone and placed our order. An hour later our entree arrived then 20 mins later our Peking duck then 30 mins later our rice ... And that was it nothing else so we demanded our bill paid for what we ate and left vowing to never go again it was almost 11pm by then .. And as others have said we were not the only ones several other tables had the same issues .. Do yourselves a favour don't go .. The little food that we got was nice but not worth the hassle or waiting

“Recommended by a passerby on the street and it was great.”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

This is the freshest and best Chinese restaurant that I have every eaten in. It is upstairs, no elevator that I could see. The restaurant is family owned and operated and they do a smash up job. The place was full of Chinese family of 10 to 12 people who had reserved large round tables. We had mainly scallops and shrimp with a broccoli dish and ate every morsel. Try to go to this restaurant. The restaurant was also doing a great pick-up business.

“The best”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

Today my party of five had one of the best Chinese meals we have had in ages. We started with boiled duck and vegetable dumplings and then the Peking duck which was superb and beautifully presented, so delicious. We followed this wonderful dish with chrysanthemum Fish, Beef satay, salt & pepper Prawns and a sizzling Chicken dish.

The staff were so attentive, a pity that we are leaving Sydney tomorrow.
