The best korean food i've ever had- love the chilli chicken with cheese and soon toufu , the beef galbi bbq is juicy and moist too, everything we had were perfect, so far this is the best meal i had during our trip in sydney. Got there at 6.30pm, and the queue was long, just ready to give up when we got no 19 (while it was still no 2 served), fortunatelly we decided to wait. Recommended for those who love korean food.

I tried going here about a month back. Queue was massive, wait in excess of a half hour. So went next door (O Bal Tan)

Came back last night for another try, 20min wait .. I put up with it .. apparently it's all "part of the experience" these days. There are some experiences one could do without.

Windy seat by the door. BBQ ordered. Fatty beef - really fatty like for like with other Korean BBQs. Meagre sides, with a note on the menu that they would charge more if you had the cheek to ask for more too often. Cass was 3 for 2, so that wasn't bad. Kimchi was nice. Other than that a let down.

Waiter couldn't wait to turn off the BBQ gas - and we're not dilly dalliers. Not worth the wait - do yourself a favour and go next door - O Bal Tan - nicer service, bigger / tastier sides, pure charcoal BBQ (not hybrid) .. building more enclosed, less wind etc... Hands down the winner.

This place is another Messina. Lets queue for 20mins to buy an icecream. No, let's not.

Our absolute favorite for a casual night out with friends. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun. Very different dining experience. You can go crazy & won't pay even close to what you would pay elsewhere.

we had a great meal. We were upstairs - it was spacious and the staff were friendly. The food was all excellent. Loved the mushroom pancake for a non seafood eater. the seafood pancake was crisp and yummy, the meats for BBQ were tender and yummy. the sauce for the dumplings and pancakes was extraordinary and we could have drunk it - would go back for that alone. Yes they were busy so I was pleased we had booked. No waiting that way. The staff were attentive and not at all pushy. I would go back tomorrow! 6 of us at $60 a head had more food than we should have eaten, all of it great. BBQ Prawns were hard to handle.

Only be prepared for a dingy alley entry off Pitt St to be confronted by a queue of hungry diners, mostly Korean students and professionals all seeking authentic korean cuisine. BBQ ribs (galbi) are scrumptious and their soon tofu (ask for egg), chapchae, actually most of their dishes all celebrate Korean yumminess
