After reviewing Esperanto on Tripadvisor, we thought we have to go. We started with a drink in the bar next to the restaurant. Beautifully made cocktails, then went through to the dining room. The luxury feel and a warm greeting set the scene. Great menu, very professional staff. We had the oysters, the scallops, the duck and the pork. All were served looking and tasting 100%. For mains all four of us had the Chateaubriand, with fresh beans, potatoes, and these amazing mushrooms (forgot the name). We shared the mango soup and the chocolate again 100%. Really impressed with the place, style and service. Will be back next visit to Sydney. You can also join the Tattersalls Club and receive vouchers to use in the club. Worth doing!

When you walk in to the restaurant it is like walking into something from royalty or maybe a top class place from the 1920s. It is a hidden gem. Located on the 2 nd floor it takes a bit of work to find it. Do make the effort.
Food. It's excellent and cooked to perfection. My partner and I both totally enjoyed our meals. Portion size was perfect. Steak cooked to perfection... Medium rare. Classy presentation
Excellent wine list. The best and most surprising part of the evening.....a lovely gentleman playing wonderful background music. First class. A must visit.

Visiting this restaurants was one of the parts of my plan while visiting Sydney. I have heard a lot about this place from friends whom had previously visited this restaurant. It is in the Tattersalls club a small place with old decoration but from decoration you can't imagine how beautiful this restaurant is from inside.

The seat arrangements are exceptionally done and food menu is as modern as you like, I really liked the environment. The most amazing factor is that their menu constantly changes with the season. I have heard about a traditional food item called "Chateaubriand" so I ordered this item and Jindalee beef.

The items were served fast and fresh. After the finishing the meal i was fully satisfied with the service and food quality.
