This restaurant was very busy when we stopped in and we decided to try the dim sum. Everything I ate was hot, fresh and tasty. I tried the steamed bok choy with oyster sauce, the bbq pork, the shrimp in flat noodles, the pork buns, and chicken pot stickers. We will be back for more!

Never had such terrible chinese food in my whole life. No wonder the customers are all westners! Walk another 300 meters towards George Street and eat where the chinese eat. Forget about this place.

This is the only Chinese Yum Cha I will eat in Sydney. Delicious, fantastic variety, inexpensive and great service.
The older managers are always there, the lady is very sweet and very helpful.
My faves are the steamed dim sims and the mango pudding.

We ate here one Sunday as we were in Chinatown and fancied some Yum Cha.

Located in the heart of Chinatown the restaurant has some seats outside on the street - which is a great place to soak up the atmosphere in Chinatown, as well as inside the restaurant. On this occasion we opted for a seat inside to enjoy the atmosphere and theatre of

All in all a good Yum Cha. We ordered tea and the proceeded to choose the dishes we wanted from the waitresses.

TOP TIP - The way it works here is the food is brought round by waitresses and if you fancy something you need to catch their attention to make sure you snap it up. The key here though is patience as a few dishes arrived after we were full that looked delicious (giant BBQ king prawns etc).

Best dishes were the BBQ pork (deliciously tender and flavoursome), prawn dumplings (most packed with prawn and flavour we have ever had), and incredible fried noodles.

Prices are higher than some places - although so was the quality of the food so we didn't mind ($60 for 2 with tea to drink).

All in all a very good meal - and we would come back - although given the incredible choice in Sydney we are very keen to try other places as well!!!

Interesting to read how many comments are made about the women outside! All a part of the atmosphere of Chinatown really. Restaurant was busy, service efficient and the food was OK. Alcohol prices good, beware prices for soft drink as they are very inflated. Servings are not large.
