The food is spectacular-very interesting and complex flavors. A foodies delight. However, service during our midweek visit was rather amateurish for a restaurant of this stature. Very young front of the house staff, that stood around in front of the kitchen window, which was right next to our table. They seemed to just be hanging around. The sommelier was NOT good. Prices were very high, even by Sydney standards.
