Café looked busy and great décor, we were staying across the road at the Blue Hotel, so thought we would have breakfast there. Sat down, waited for 15 minutes. went to the desk and ask for a menu, told we would get one. one came out about 10 minutes later, no eye contact, just dropped them on the table and left. tried to get waiters attention, they were polishing cutler and filling water jugs for who knows were..... In the end hunger and anger got the better of us and we went to Cyens in darling harbour, they told us straight away that there would be at lest 15 wait for our food, but could they get us a drink now, every staff member smiled as they passed........communication people, all your staff had to do was talk to us and tell us how long we had to wait, just ignoring customers is ridiculous. invest in some staff that have people skills rather than just young attractive empty heads! Disappointed.
