We had a wonderful dinner with kids. Great Italian food, authentic and very friendly Italians staff, nice views on water in quiet place.
A must in Miller’s point

We were a party of 10 and were well catered for with platters of seafood to start then pizzas and risotto. The risotto of spinner crab and asparagus was rather bland, and tasted of neither ingredient. The pizzas were popular. Great situation overlooking the inner bay. Rather hard to find as we walked from Wynyard and Walsh Bay not sign posted and building of new Crown Hotel blocks the coastal pathway. Also we were warned taxis can be hard to come by if no performance on at the nearby theatre.

passing this for lunch, and was great. Italians with nice pizza, but as well great pasta courses, and a wineslist not only Italian. Close to Dawes point, Pier 1 and the rocks. Great personel and staff.

First up, this is a prime location to have a restaurant; on the water in a quiet, secluded, niche of Walsh Bay. The venue itself looks a picture and is what you would probably expect to find in an area of this affluence. Early on, I ordered a couple of beers but it was disappointing not to have them served in a timely manner. After 15 minutes of waiting I approached a surly waitress who said, "Don't worry, they're coming, just wait your turn." Certainly not the response I was expecting. The Antipasti was excellent, particularly the stuffed Zucchini flowers and Baked Eggplant. The Pizzas and pasta which arrived after were not up to standard; the pasta was overcooked and the pizzas were devoid of any serious topping. We then had to endure the 'surly waitress' again as we wanted jugs of water on the tables being a very sultry evening. We were told that this wasn't their practice and we had to endure luke-warm water in unchilled glasses; totally unsatisfactory. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and pleasant and overall a decent evening but efficient customer service with a smile wouldn't go amiss.

It’s not extraordinary but it’s fine. The best part was the location and view. The service was fine too. Would I go back? I suspect not. However worth giving it a go!
