This has to be the last bastion of good coffee making in Sydney, in my honest opinion. They take their coffee seriously and they make it well... I won't drink coffee anywhere else. They also make ground roasted Dandelion root lattes (in either Soy or cow's milk) which are really delicious. (Especially if you like your coffee but aren't able to indulge so much!)
Food is typical cafe prices for Sydney (not cheap but middling) but it's worth it. Portions are large and presentation primo. As a lateish breakfast venue it's very popular, but they will reserve you a table, but don't be late! The owner is very generous and obviously likes his job, as busy as it gets sometimes.
The venue can be a little crowded at times, but I'd prefer to say bustling, and you may have to wait, but it's worth it. Most locals that frequent this little cafe are very pleasant.
