We went to this restaurant on a Friday night during Vivid! We of course had a booking and it was a good thing. There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed something different. The bread appetizer was very good. I then had the Wagyu beef pie w red wine confit shallots, puff pastry lid & braised cavolo nero. It was delicious! Important to note is that it takes 20 minutes to cook! My husband had the Fillet of beef tenderloin, red wine and plum cabbage, roasted garlic & horseradish hollandaise. It was also very good. This restaurant is a cozy spot just up Loftus from Circular Quay. It is definitely a place to visit when in Sydney. We will go there again.

We dined at Selah recently on a Sunday night before a show. The restaurant is tucked away from the main Circular Quay tourist precinct but just a stroll to the Quay and on to the Opera House. We have dined at many of the restaurants in the area and this rates high amongst them. Our party had the lamb, steak, cod and fish & chips. All were delicious. We also recommend the dessert sampler and chocolate fondant. Very good service and a relaxed and warm ambience.

A 2 minute walk from Circular Quay and one of the best restaurants around. This was our 3rd visit and we absolutely love this restaurant, the service, staff and the food are outstanding. The wagyu beef pie is to die for!

This was probably our least favorite dinner during our 15-day trip to Australia. It was so unimpressive I can't recall what we ordered (maybe I had a scallops and pasta dish), but my wife and I both thought it was just average and certainly not on the same level as our other meals while visiting Australia - and we tried to hit all the top spots. Unfortunately, everything else was booked, and this was where we ended up. Our experience probably explains why it was so easy to get in.
