On our last night of a 2 week trip to Australia we went to Wildfire on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. We were seated promptly but it took the waiter quite some time to acknowledge us. Even though it was early in the night they were out of 3 different entrees. We waited 90 minutes for our first course of steak tartare (which was the only excellent part of the meal). After a brief apology, we were brought our main courses. The soft shelled crabs were fried to a burnt crisp and inedible. No apology. No offers. After sitting there for nearly 3 hours we were done. If you want only a Brazilian steak house concept the this may be ok but otherwise avoid!
