This is the restaurant to go to right in the heart of Sydney. I had their pre-theatre dinner and was so impressed with the service and the food. Their natural oysters with eschallot vinegar and apple sorbet was so fresh and the apple sorbet left a beautiful oyster after taste. I had the Prime fillet medallions with herb and garlic butter plus their house cut thin and crispy French fries and the steak was done to perfection. All of this accompanied by a lovely glass of red wine. Will be definitely going back to Prime.
