This restaurant almost goes unnoticed from the street. However inside it is subtle and intimate - ideal for a special night. We had the degustation menu - all the dishes were standouts and executed skillfully. Some challenged the palate eg.dutch cream potato with bone marrow, sea urchin & coffee. Others were just straight out delicious such as hot crab custard served with snap frozen grated foi gras! All courses were served with matching wines by the friendly waiting staff immaculately dressed in black. Chef Marc Best's unusual and innovative cuisine is never boring and always tantalises! We left feeling great and wanting more!!
