Located just behind Circular Quay under an apartment block, this is a great place for lovers of excellent Indian food.
Although a bit basic in decor with paint peeing off the walls and not very comfortable chairs, the food was fantastic and the service was very freindly and prompt.
The place also filled up quickly with a great number of Indians which is always a sign of approval of the authenticity of the food as well as the quality.

Had a fantastic dining experience when we visited this restaurant. It is a busy place with a good atmosphere and in the most fantastic location. Right beside the ferry wharf at circular quay with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge just outside.

The food was excellent and you get plenty of it. Very tasty. The service was fantastic and the you did not have to wait long for your food. Very good Indian restaurant and I would recommend.

We went for dinner recently, the service was poor. The quality of food not good. The mango lassi was not drinkable. The starters were not good, the main course also was not interesting, overall not a good experience. In fact in my last visit about one and half years back ,it was quiet good.

This is the only reasonably priced eating venue we found in Sydney plus the naan, daal, and spinach chicken were wonderful. The serving girl plainly did not want to be there but she did fine and, after a hard day touring, it was a godsend to get off the ferry and walk in to proper sit-down. Here's a reliable good meal with very good taste.

After reading mixed reviews we took a chance in ordering takeaway from this restaurant. Many others were complaining about the decor which didn't look appealing. However I thought that we might be ok. But as per another review I found the curry watery. Perhaps this is a traditional style, but certainly wasn't great to my tastebuds nor previous experience with other Australian Indian restaurants.
