I visited this restaurant twice on a two-month business trip. Both times the service was slow and the food quality was sub-par. The first time, the entrees were cold and lacked any flavour. My party of three were there for 2.5 hours when the restaurant had three other tables.
The second visit, it appeared that our entrees had been cooked in a microwave using basic pasta ingredients that you could purchase at a store. It was certainly not a gourmet meal and most of us did not finish eating our food. By the end of our second meal, my five colleagues and I were ready to be done with this place. The problem, as usual, was finding our waiter to get the bill. On the second trip, the restaurant was more crowded, but was no excuse for the poor food quality and service.
