We booked at this prestigious restaurant only because I had received a Birthday voucher. We found the location a little odd, but easy enough to walk to from the car, on a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was pleasant, subdued lighting, soft music. The service was attentive and not overwhelming. The men choice was adequate for a seafood restaurant, but as I do not appreciate sashimi, there were some limitations. The prices were fairly high but not unusual for the type of reputation the place had. The food did not disappoint: it was fresh, delicious even if not a large serving. The drinks we found expensive, but then they usually are in these places. The dessert platter we shared was just right and delicious.
Overall a very pleasant, if expensive experience. Great for a special occasion. Could not afford to go very often.
