Average I must say . Just that you get to see koala , kangaroo , wombat and other Two local animals . If you have time better to go to a bigger zoo.

Hello AKRCH,

Just want to thank you for visiting Wildlife Sydney and also leaving feedback on your visit.

Being located in the middle of Darling Harbour does mean that our zoo is slightly different to others. But it still allows our guests the opportunity to come face to face with some of Australia's amazing animals and reptiles. Even eye to eye with a Salt Water Crocodile.
Once again, thank you for visiting Wildlife Sydney Zoo.

Kind regards,
Bede

All the popular Australian animals under one roof! If you’re tight for time and you have already seen elephants, monkeys and lions in your life time, go for this. It’s focused to bring you just animals of Australia. The price is reasonable if you purchase online for the 3 in 1 package deal which includes Sea Life and Madame Tussaud. You can forgo the Sydney Tower because that does not include that bit of glass floor sky walk ;)

Hello Carl S,

Cheers, for taking the time to leave feedback on your visit to Wildlife Sydney.

You're correct in saying that we have all the popular Australia Animals under one roof, including Koalas, Kangaroos and even a Salt Water Crocodile. Also, our location makes it perfect for those that are visiting Sydney and are wanting to see those animals.

Indeed, purchasing tickets online and a multi ticket does save you money as well as allows you to skip to ticket queues and head straight to the attraction entry plus there are 3 attraction right next door to one another. Making for a very easy day out.

Thanks again for visiting and we really hope to see you again.

Kind regards,
Bede

Australian fauna in a nutshell, an excellent formula for those who have no chance for a longer journey. The koala experience is definitely the coolest. They are cute and hilarious. The staff is very much commited to what they do ie. when feeding the echidnas, you can see that they really like what they do. A great attraction for children and adults.

This was a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, our guide, Justine, took the group on a tour of the zoo, seeing such animals as Tasmanian devils, quokkas and kangaroos. Justine was knowledgeable, pleasant and funny throughout the tour. Once we got to the koala exhibit, we had a delicious breakfast where we would could watch the koalas and have our photos taken with them. I would recommend this to anyone and they would be lucky to have Justine as their tour guide.

My two friends and I spent over an hour and $10 each to get to this attraction having bought our tickets online at 12:30 pm that day. When we arrived shortly after at about 1:30 pm we were informed that the zoo had closed for a private event at 1pm. When we went to customer service we were told that since it said somewhere on the website (not anywhere on the booking page) it was our fault. Both Beth and Anastasia were LESS than helpful and placed the blame entirely on us despite the fact that this closing was not made clear and we were allowed to buy tickets for that day less than half an hour before they were meant to close. Very disappointed with how we were treated. We were offered a refund or a day change, but that just meant an additional 2 hours in travel and $20 each in transportation.
