Tour to the Opera house is one of the best tour we had in Sydney during our 3 attractions in one day ticket. The architecture was amazing. It is a MUST DO when you visit Sydney, Australia

We did the all acess tour of the Opera House, our guide was Bruce. Bruce was fantastic, he was very funny, very helpful, made the tour exciting and informative. Answered all our questions and even sang in one of the great halls. Certainly worth doing , takes an hr to hr and half, and you get to go places you would never get to see inside the Opera House.

We booked our first cruise ever with Ultra Cruises following an advert in a national paper.
We explained that we had never done this before and the helpful staff took us through every part of the booking, from where our cabin should be, to avoid sea sickness, to the best sitting for dinner.
The liner was Royal Caribean's Radiance of the Seas and we can't speak highly enough of the staff, food and facilities. The departure from Sydney passed the Opera House, and was something we will never forget. Every stop on the cruise brought another interesting experience both in Australia and New Zealand.
The flights were very long in and out of Australia and we will probably never do it again, especially if it involves flying with Emirates!
However that is the only fault we can find in the whole trip and we are very grateful to Ultra Cruises for their professionalism, thoughtfulness and care.

This mid-twentieth century architectural masterpiece is the most important landmark that gives Sydney its character as a very modern and vibrating city. The guided tour is a must to understand what it takes so set up a timeless monument of architecture. The Concert/Opera Hall can seat about 3000 people and does not need electronic acoustic amplifiers for a trained voice. One has to experience the place to understand its grandeur. The balcony area offers the grand view of the Harbour bridge and sailing boats at the bay and the luxury cruise liners when they are anchored at the Circular Quay area. We also visited the mid-sizeTheatre hall and had no time for seeing the two other smaller halls.
The top surfaces of the Opera House is clad with 1 million+ specially glazed ceramic tiles brought from Sweden by the Danish architect. They never lose their shine and a couple of rainfalls are enough to keep them clean and shining. It would really be worth watching a concert here.
