We went to La Boheme. A fantastic experience. Interval drinks with one of the best views in the world!

Your visit to Sydney should start with the Opera House - the magnificent structure at the Harbour is the centre point and synonymous with Austalia. A regular and happening spot with plays, orchestra and awesome views of the Sydney Harbour bridge.

Very busy, but it is hard to beleive that when this was first built people thought it was an eyesore. What a spectacular building. Everything is expensive here

Watched the first night of La Boheme on New Year's Eve and was wowed! Great seats, great cast and great staging.

I highly recommend the 1 hour tour of the opera house. It was very informative. You get MANY nice shots from inside you wouldn't have access to otherwise. I learned a lot about Utzon, the architect. Did not know his sketch was originally in the reject pile!
