We loved the Opera House and the production we saw (La Boheme), but had a difficult time picking up the tickets. When you buy tickets on-line to pick up, you can get them at the Opera House only a couple hours before the performance. We had dinner plans that prevented this.
We got poor instructions as to where to pick them up. Something about "Central Station." No address. We took a train to Central Station. No one in the vicinity knew where we should go. We were eventually directed to the Sydney Entertainment Center (a Ticketmaster Outlet). Not the right place. At least the man behind the counter could find the right address, some distance away.
Eventually we picked up the tickets, but it took the better part of a day. We did get to see parts of Sydney that we otherwise might have missed.

It was okay. Not bad, but didn't leave us thrilled or amazed. Enjoyable, just not exciting. Singers were good. Maybe it was our choice in the show.

Stunning, racy, with a burlesque interpretation. A daring performance capturing the intensity of the libretto and music.

Sydney's icon. Nothing much to say really.... its an opera house! You cant really go in, as you need to buy a ticket for it.... taking picture from outside is what you are here for.
