Myself and three friends stayed here for one night for a hens party weekend.
The room had two queen sized beds and was very large and featured modern decor/lounges etc.
The kitchen was impressive- newish with stone benchtops and the bathroom was new also.
We were very comfortable here & close to Kings Cross and local eateries.
For the four of us, this place was the best value we could find (around $65 each) and we were impressed with the room/hotel.
Parking is available for $20 extra and the staff at reception are super helpful.
We would stay here again.

Stayed in a studio with 2 king beds. The location was not bad - close to the quay and rather quiet.

The hotel has seen better days, about 20 years ago. It screams for improved management, better cleaning service, and a major renovation! The decor is very outdated. The room was very very small and very shabby. Carpets in the hallway and the room floor were worn to the point you can't tell what color they are. There are spots and spills everywhere: the carpet haven't been steam-cleaned in years!

The bed was shaky and felt like it was falling apart. The bathroom was poorly cleaned - there was hair on the floor! The shower stall door was broken and didn't close properly. There was no plug for the bath tub and it took 2 calls to the reception to have someone bring another one. And lastly, without going into too many details- the guy at the reception was very terse and unfriendly.

On the positive, the pool area and the water was clean and maintained well. But I would not recommend staying here unless you don't care where you stay.

Great apartment for us, 4 people travelling together. Had a 2 bedroom apartment, with separate toilets. Relax area, dining area, washing mashine - what more do you need. A skyline view of Sydney, really cool in the evening. Grosery store a few blocks behind the apartments.

Couldn't ask for more from our stay at Woolloomooloo Waters apartments. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious. Yes it is a little run down - this is not a four star place, but an excellent three-star. Very comfy beds, very well-situated for the city, great prices, and really friendly and attentive service. Loved it and would stay here again.
