Interesting to have cliff at one side of the road and beach view at the other side. Quiet and beautiful suburb area. If you are not driving I would suggest to take the train from CBD to bondi junction, change to bus 380/333 to bondi beach for a visit. From bondi beach take bus 380 to Watsons bay. Visit the Gap and then lunch at the beach / pier area (fish and chips) and then take the ferry back to Circular Quay where you can have the view of Opera House and Sydney bridge from the sea.

The harbor view is fantastic.
You can catch a nice bite of take out and eat in the adjoining park.
Parking is a bit difficult, but access is easy via public transport.
We're from the states and enjoyed this perspective lot with some local friends. 30 min or so from Circular Quay

A ferry ride to Watsons' Bay, fish and chips at Doyles or a drink at the Hotel. A walk to the Gap and around the point to see where the first 'invaders' landed.......a lovely view from the National Park headland to see North Head and entrance to Sydney Harbour and there's always the chance of a sunbake and swim at the beach........so much to do, definitely worth a visit!

Make a day of it, catch the ferry from the quay to watsons Bay and have lunch at the hotel or splah out at Doyles seafood right
on the beach. A fantastic day out and just a short walk to camp Cove beach for that swim afterwards.
