Joe is a wonderful fellow and dedicated to making sure the food is perfect every time. You'll always find him there with a smile and a warm greeting. I've followed his restaurant for years and his food is always the standard that few can match. Other Thai restaurants often use too much sugar in their recipes to "Australianise" them, but Joe uses high quality ingredients. The "bowlo" isn't the most luxurious location, hence the only missing star, but exceptional quality food at a great price is unbeatable.
