“Great fun for energetic boys!”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

Our 2 boys (13yrs & 10yrs) had a ball doing this rope course & found it challenging but not too scary. The staff were extremely helpful and went through all the basics with the kids offering help as they needed it during their session. You could spend the whole day there if you take swimming gear as it's part of the Aquatic Centre, which also looks amazing.

“Fantastic fun!”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

Thank you Urban Jungle for a fantastic morning yesterday. We had two 8year olds, an 10 year old girl and a 12 year old boy and one adult. I think there were about 5 courses that started off easy and gradually got harder but with fantastic support from the staff the whole group got through easily. Rarely do you find a place where ALL the staff are so friendly, helpful and informative. The good thing about it is there would be no pressure to complete all the courses if you didn't feel up to it but once the kids got started there was no stopping them!
The kids had a swim afterwards so it worked out a really good value day and the kids had so much fun, we stayed here (with the pool) for 5 hours. Plenty of paths underneath the course too so supervising adults can also join in the fun (and we did!). Will be back again soon!

This is such a great thing to help kids overcome fears and challenge themselves. Very safe, great staff and great value. Because the courses get gradually more challenging as you go, kids (and adults) grow in their confidence as they realise a slip is not certain doom, just another obstacle. If you have a kid who is 8 or older and is taller than 1.25 metres, this is highly recommended. We had a ball. Thanks Urban Jungle.

Thank you Urban Jungle staff for a great afternoon. We had our son's 11th birthday party there which was fantastic - kids had a wonderful time challenging themselves, keep up the good work.

“Great fun for kids”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

This is a great activity for kids. You park in the olympic pool carpark and pay entry to the pool, walk through the pool complex to reach the Urban Adventure Park which is outside. I took two boys aged 12 & 13. For this kids this age, adults do not need to do the activity, instead adults must supervise from below. It is easy to follow the kids around as they do the courses (so its ideal for non-active grandparents with kids of this age) and this means there is also plenty of photo/filming opportunities. The kids are given safety instructions, wear hard hats and harnesses there are 4 courses with increasing degrees of difficulty. In the 2 hour time period, my boys had the time to do the 2 hardest courses several times. The boys had a ball. Very well run and good value for money (especially if you use the pool as well). Hint - make sure kids use the pool bathrooms before they start the activity. Once they start the activity, there are no toilets close by and you have to leave the park to go all the way back to the pool to use the toilets. Also, your carparking ticket is swiped by the pool staff so you don't pay for parking whilst at the activity.
